We marinate carefully selected chicken thighs in "yogurt" with spices for 12 hours, and wedded at "Original Seasoning" by Shakey's. Deep fried in "100% vegetable oil" oil that enhances the deliciousness of the ingredients, the inside is "Moisturize", and the outside is "Zaku".
"Shekikara" won the gold prize at the 12th Karaage Grand Prix® (East Japan Taste Variety Category) in 2021 sponsored by the Japan Tangling Association.
