Takashi Urushida, Faculty of Business Administration, SANNO University, is conducting industry-academia collaboration projects on the theme of product development and promotion planningShakey's.

The team, which is divided into each store, proposes original menus that include approaches to target audiences and sales strategies through field surveys, interviews, and competition analysis at the store in charge, and based on these students' ideas, we will offer menus and plans developed exclusively for target stores.
